流动人口的就业稳定性问题一直是学术界和政府管理部门关注的焦点。本文基于2017年武汉市部分企业的调研数据,采用有序logistic回归分析方法,分析了企业福利对不同受教育程度流动人口就业稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:企业福利对就业稳定性有显著影响,且企业福利对不同受教育程度流动人口的影响存在异质性,对流动人口与非流动人口的影响也存在异质性。企业福利对流动人口就业稳定性的影响上,在高中以下受教育程度的流动人口群体中关系不显著,在大专及以上受教育程度的流动人口群体中关系显著。 |

The employment stability of the floating population has been the focus of academic field and government administration. Based on the survey data of some enterprises in Wuhan City in 2017, by using ordered logistic regression method, this paper analyzes the impact of enterprise welfare on the employment stability of floating population with different education levels. The research results show that the enterprise welfare has significant impact on employment stability, that there is the heterogeneity in the impact of the enterprise welfare on the floating population, and that there is also heterogeneity in the impact of the enterprise welfare on the floating population and non-floating population. The effect of the enterprise welfare on employment stability of the floating population with high school education level and below is not significant but is significant to the floating population with college education and above. |
