| 摘要: |
| 从制度伦理到社区伦理秩序再到个体道德进步，是基于自治视角考察农村社区伦理道德发展应当遵循的基本逻辑。针对当前农村社区面临的“情面”逻辑愈发式微、“家园感”空前失落、“权威真空”“价值空场”等典型问题，应当通过自治制度伦理扬弃农村熟人社会伦理，建构“依系的主人翁式的”社区人伦秩序。而在实践中，需要审慎对待社区伦理道德的“本土资源”，明晰自治制度实体规定的根本“善”与基本“善”，并且重视程序的“善”——这也是现实中最容易被忽略的方面。 |

| Ethic Building and Moral Development in Rural Community: Macro-discussion Based on the Perspective of Autonomous Institutional Ethics |

| Abstract: |
| Institutional ethic→community ethic and order→individual moral progress is the followed basic logic for examining how rural community ethic and morality develop based on autonomous perspective.According to the typical problems in rural community such as more and more serious “human emotion” logic,unprecedented decline of “home feeling”，“authority vacuum”，“value vacuum” and so on，the community ethic and order of “master type according to family tree” should be constructed through autonomous institutional ethic to sublate rural acquaintance social ethic.In practice，“local resources” of community ethic and morality need to be prudently dealt with，the fundamental “kindness” and the basic “kindness” formulated by autonomous institution entities should be clarified，and procedural “kindness” should be emphasized，which are the easily neglected perspectives in reality. |
