| 新时代加强领导干部良好家风建设，是领导干部呼唤新担当，展现新作为的现实需要，也是推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的要求。目前领导干部家风建设存在从严培育家风意识不强、纵容亲属收受他人财物、违背家庭伦理道德、封建思想根深蒂固等诸多问题，已成为新时代急需破解的重大课题。新修订后的《中国共产党纪律处分条例》首次将领导干部不注重家风建设作为纪律处分的重要内容，新时代对领导干部家风建设提出了更高的要求，需要领导干部提高认识站位，践行优良家风；强化理论武装，夯实理想信念根基；强化表率作用，积极引领社会风气；强化监督制约，发挥党内法规的治本作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| The promotion of guidance and education construction of the leaders at new era is the real demand for the leaders to take on new task and to display new accomplishment and is the requirement for the promoting of overall strictly-managing the Communist Party. Currently, the guidance and education construction of the leaders has the problems such as weak awareness of the guidance and education construction, conniving relatives to accept bribery, violating family ethic and morality, deeply-rooted feudal thought and so on, which has become the important issue at the new era that must be solved. The Revised Discipline Punishment Rules of Chinese Communist Party first attaches the importance to guidance and education construction as punishment discipline contents. The higher requirement for the guidance and education construction of the leaders is raised by boosting the leaders’awareness, by practicing the excellent guidance and education, by strengthening theory, by tamping ideal belief basis, by enhancing model role, by actively guiding social atmosphere, by intensifying supervision and restriction and by bringing into fully play of the Party’s rules role. |
