| 近些年，党中央多次强调转变经济发展方式与城镇化建设思路，走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路，不断提高和保障人民生活质量。在全球化浪潮与资本经济扩张的形势下，城镇化建设与人口发展、市场经济、社会建设、生态环境之间的关系，是当前中国面临的重要难题。如何解决城镇化面临的各种难题，需要坚持与文明发展的内在统一性,在把握文明城镇化理论内涵的基础上，逐步建设一条符合中国国情的文明城镇化道路，并以其解构传统城镇化模式。 |

| In recent years, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China repeatedly stressed changes of economic development mode and urbanization construction ideas, to build a road of civilized development with production development, affluent life and sound ecology, so as to continuously improve and ensure the quality of people’s life. Under the situation of globalization and capital economic expansion, the relationship between construction of urbanization and population development, market economy, social construction, ecological environment is difficult issues of China today. How to deal with various difficult problems of urbanization needs to adhere to the inherent unity with civilization development, gradually to build a road of civilization urbanization suitable for China’s conditions under the basis of grasping theoretical connotation of civilization urbanization, and to deconstruct traditional urbanization model by civilization urbanization road. |
