| 针对人口发展的新特征、新问题，中国政府提出了“全面二孩”政策。政策一经出台迅速引发了中外媒体与民众的广泛关注。本文选取《人民日报》和《纽约时报》关于“全面二孩”政策的报道作为研究对象，对报道力度、报道体裁、报道议题、关键词描述、消息源等内容进行分析，同时总结了中外媒体在“全面二孩”政策报道中的特点，希望能对中国今后的政策报道有所启发。 |

| Because of the new features and new problems of population development, Chinese Government puts forward “Two-Child Policy”. Two-Child Policy has triggered the attention of Chinese and foreign media and the public rapidly. This paper chooses the reports of People’s Daily and New York Times on the “Two-Child Policy” as the research object, analyzes the content of reports, such as reports frequency, genre, issues, keyword descriptions and news sources, and summarizes the characteristics of Chinese and foreign media in the “Two-Child Policy” reports, hoping that China’s future policy reports will be inspired. |
