| 司法改革现在已经进入攻坚阶段，新的办案组织模式也已经运行了很长一段时间。关于办案组织的讨论研究目前多处在理论层面。笔者拟从实践层面，以所在单位办案组织运行情况为例，探讨独任检察官、检察官办案组办案模式的优势和存在的问题，并寻求完善之道。 |

| The judicial reform has now entered into the stage of hard work， and the new organization model for handling cases has been running for a long time. The discussion and research on the organization of case handling is still at the theoretical level. The paper intends to explore the advantages and problems of the sole prosecutor mode and prosecutor handling group mode respectively based on the practice of the author’s working unit， and seek a way of improvement. |
