| 当前中国社会工作专业硕士(MSW)实习教育仍存在着教学内容不满足实际需要、专业实习与培养目标脱节等困境，项目管理通过对当前实习教育制度的补充，提高MSW实习的针对性和高效性，促进实习目标达成和团队成员成长。通过引入项目管理理论和框架研发MSW实习项目，以实践研究系统论证项目管理模式的形成逻辑，结合MSW实习的实际特点，运用项目管理的理论和方法，反思和构建MSW实习的项目管理模式，以进一步提高社会工作硕士实习教育的效能。 |

| Abstract: |
| Currently, the practice education of China’s Master of Social Work (MSW) still has the problems such as education contents not meeting practical demand, disconnection between major practice and cultivation objective and so on。 project management promotes the practicability and efficiency of MSW practice through making up the deficiency of present practice education system so as to boost goal attainment and team members growth. By introducing theory and frame of project management, the effect of practice education of MSW can be further promoted by systematically studying the form logic of the management mode through practice and research, by combining the real feature for MSW practice, and by using theory and method for project management to reflect and construct project management model for MSW practice. |
