| 本文根据包容性发展的内涵构建了由机会平等、生产性就业和可持续发展三个维度构成的“包容发展三角”的理论框架。根据约束条件构建了包容性发展指标体系，并依据此体系对世界42个主要国家和地区的包容性发展指数进行了测度。国际经验分析表明，包容性发展指数与经济发展水平之间存在正向相关关系，且两者的互相作用可划分为四个发展阶段。中国在当前发展阶段应从促进机会平等、提高生产效率和增强可持续性等方面提升经济发展的包容性。 |

| Analysis of International Experience of Inclusive Development |

| Abstract: |
| China chooses inclusive development which follows the law of social development as the road in the new era. In this paper, according to the connotation of the inclusive development, we build the theoretical framework of “inclusive development triangle” from such three dimensions as opportunity equality, production employment and sustainable development. Based on the triangle, we find constraint conditions of the three dimensions and construct an index system of inclusive development. This paper calculates the inclusive development index of 42 major countries and regions of the world. International experience analysis shows that there is positive correlation between inclusive development index and economic development level, and that the interaction of the two is roughly experienced four stages of development. China should promote equality of opportunity, improve production efficiency and enhance the sustainability of economic development in the current development stage to realize inclusive development. |
