| 新型城镇化不仅要求人口的迁移与居住地域的变化，更要注重让农民拥有和市民一样的公共服务。为此，本文基于财政学中“公共服务均等化”视角，探讨了新型城镇化与保费补贴联合作用对于农业保险需求的影响。研究结果表明，新型城镇化本身对农业保险需求影响较小，而保费补贴发挥着催化剂的作用，使得公共服务水平、农民收入结构、受教育水平等许多不显著的因素成为了农业保险需求增加及保费增长的重要因素，并就此结论提出政策建议。 |

| The new urbanization requires not only changes in migration and residential area of the population, people pays more attention to the same farmer owned public services as urban residents Therefore, based on public service equalization perspective in finance, this paper discusses the influence of the combined action of new style urbanization and agricultural insurance subsidies on agricultural insurance demand New style urbanization itself has small impact on agricultural insurance demand, however, insurance subsidies play catalyst role and make insignificant factors such as public service level, farmer income structure, education level and so on become the important factors for agricultural insurance demand increase and premium growth According to this conclusion, the paper puts forward policy suggestions |
