| With the development of the times, practical writing is also continuously developing and innovating, which requires higher essential quality for the authors to have practical writings. As an synchronous writer of the era, the writer should have the quality of Chinese traditional culture spirit, which refer to the “thickness”, have the quality of the understanding of present and foregone national political background, international environment and so on, which indicate the “depth”, and have the quality of knowledge, literary accomplishment, scientific and cultural knowledge, which is regarded as the “breadth”. Only synchronously having the “Three Degrees”, can the writers develop and make progress with the time. |
