| Abstract: |
| The Regulation on Accountability of the Communist Party of China (CPC) promulgated by the Central Committee of CPC is the first regulation concerning accountability within CPC which focuses on comprehensive strengthening of party discipline. As an important milestone in the history of party building, the regulation is a systematic sharp weapon to promote comprehensive strengthening of party discipline and a strategic measure to consolidate the foundation of CPC. In order to implement the Regulation and fully release the institutional advantage of strengthening of party discipline, organizations at various levels and party members and cadres should have sense of responsibility, strengthen spirit of taking responsibility, shoulder responsibility of administrating party, urge implementation of responsibility by strengthening accountability, and promote party administration with the standard from indulgence to strictness. |
