| 以新《环境保护法》为代表的一系列环境法律的颁布实施，标志着我国环境法治建设取得了显著成效。环境法律实施机制，在一定程度上影响着环境立法价值的实现。在我国环境法治发展新的时代背景下，环境执法、环境司法和环境监督作为三种环境法律实施的重要机制仍面临着较多困境。今后我国应当在明晰现有法律实施机制缺陷的基础上，结合现实国情分别在监管、司法、监督三个层面探寻我国环境法律实施机制的出路。 |

| With the promulgation and implementation of a series of environmental laws by taking Environment Protection Law as the representative, the environmental rule of law construction in China has made remarkable achievements. As one of the important parts of environmental law, enforcement mechanism on a certain extent affects the realization of the value of environmental legislation. Under the new background of the development of China’s environmental rule of law, environmental law enforcement, environmental justice and environmental supervision as three important parts of environmental law enforcement mechanism, are still facing a lot of difficulties. In the future, China should clarify the defects of the existing law enforcement mechanism, combine the actual situation of China, and explore the way of the implementation mechanism of environmental law in three aspects of management, judicial and supervision. |
