| 本文基于2004—2014年长江经济带省际面板数据，实证检验了长江经济带建筑业市场结构、产权结构对市场绩效的影响。研究结果表明，从市场结构来看，建筑业市场集中度、生产能力过剩度与市场绩效存在显著的负相关性，规模市场比重对市场绩效的影响不显著。从产权结构来看，国有企业产值占比与市场绩效存在显著的负相关性，工业化程度与建筑业市场绩效存在显著的正相关性。 |

| Based on provincial panel data of Yangtze River Economic Belt during 2004-2014, this paper empirically tests the influence of market structure and ownership structure of the construction industry of Yangtze River Economic Belt on market performance. Research results indicate that from the perspective of market structure, there is significantly negative correlation between market concentration degree and excessive production capacity of construction industry and market performance, that the effect of scale market share on market performance is not significant, that from the perspective of ownership structure, there is significantly negative correlation between the proportion of output value of state-owned enterprises and market performance, and that there is obviously positive correlation between industrialization degree and market performance of construction industry. |
