| 文学作品和电影的赏析，对于人生意义的思考有画龙点睛之妙，尤其是文学作品改编的电影，可以从起、承、转、合的戏剧手法中，牵引观赏者蛰伏的情感，以回应对人生更深刻的体会。本文以现代文学中的优秀作品，尤其是诺贝尔文学奖得主的作品，以及颇受好评或得奖影片为主，尝试对现代文学与电影中存在的焦虑与自我实现作哲学的分析，以便更深入地对人生意义的思考。 |

| The appreciation on literary works and films can add a finishing touch on human life, especially the films adapted from literary works can bring dormancy feelings to the spectators in drama methods with inheritance, transformation and harmony, so as to give a more deep reflection on human life. In developing a philosophy to help overcome existential anxiety and facilitate personal accomplishment, one can consider modern literary works, especially those of Novelists who won Nobel literary prize, and famous or award-winning films. This article shows how this process can occur, tries to analyze anxiety and self-realization in modern literatures and films in order to think more deeply on human life. |
