| 戏剧理论近年来在各个领域得以运用，但对于戏剧理论在青少年社会工作实务中的运用为数甚少。本文通过运用文献法和参与式观察法，分析戈夫曼戏剧理论的构成、戏剧理论的核心元素，对戏剧理论与青少年社会工作实务的联系进行梳理，结合社会工作的专业理念、方法及技巧，以“小童大义”一人一故事剧场项目为案例进行研究，探究戏剧理论在社会工作实务中的作用及其具体操作化过程。 |

| Drama theory is widely used in various fields in recent years, but its application to social work practice of teenagers is few. By using the method of literature and participatory observation, this paper analyzes the composition of Goffman’s Dramatic Theory and the core factors of dramatic theory, studies the relation between dramatic theory and youth social work service, and combines the specialized ideas, methods and skills of social work to conduct the research by taking the Project of Little Child with Big Dream, one person-one story theater, as an example to explore the role of drama theory in social work practice and its concrete operation process. |
