| 本文基于我国25省2003—2014年相关数据，利用“公共科技金融资源、经费、产出”三项指标，通过公共科技金融发展指数的构建对我国各地区公共科技金融进行评价，结果表明我国公共科技金融发展指数呈现较明显的地区差距。为进一步研究地区公共科技金融指数发展差异的原因，分析了各指标对公共科技金融总指数的贡献度，从而为我国公共科技金融的发展提供政策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the data of 25 provinces from 2003 to 2014 in China, this paper uses “public science and technology financial resources, funds, technology achievements” as the indicators to evaluate the various regions of public finance of science and technology in China. The results of Chinese public finance of science and technology show that Chinese public technology financial development index has significant regional disparities. In order to further study the public finance of science and technology development index differences, the paper analyzes the contribution degree of various indicators of public finance of science and technology to total index, and then provides policy recommendations for developing the public finance of science and technology in China. |
