| 美国临终关怀社会工作实务标准不仅是历史的产物，也是政治经济文化的产物。本文梳理了美国临终社会工作实务标准的历史演变历程并基于实务标准的3个维度：开展社会工作所必需的伦理、价值和专业知识，社会工作的直接服务与间接服务，社会工作者自身的专业化发展，探索了对我国现阶段临终关怀社会工作标准制定的几点启示。 |

| American Social work practice standard for palliative care is not only the product of history but also is the product of politics and culture. This paper studies the historic evolution process of American social work practice standard for palliative care, and meanwhile, based on three perspectives of practice standard such as the necessary ethics, value and specialized knowledge for implementing social work, direct service and indirect service of social work and specialized development of social work itself, quests several inspirations on the making of Chinese social work standard for palliative care. |
