| “坚持共享发展，增进人民福祉”是我国“十三五”时期的发展理念之一。实现好、维护好、发展好农民的根本利益是我国乡村旅游开发的根本目的和可持续发展的重要保障。研究乡村旅游开发中农民权益保障满意度是解决乡村旅游开发过程中农民权益受损问题的重要依据。本文从保障农民权益的视角，建立乡村旅游开发中农民满意度的综合评价指标体系，利用重庆市8个区县595份农民的调查问卷数据，采用模糊评价与层次分析法考察乡村旅游开发区农民权益保障的情况，并对农民权益保障满意度的影响因素进行相关分析和聚类分析。研究结果表明：农民对乡村旅游开发中权益保障的情况“不满意”，乡村旅游开发中存在利益分配不均的现象，而且不同背景农民权益保障情况有明显差异。 |

| ticking to sharing development and enhancing people happiness are one of development ideas in China’s 13th Five Year Plan. Well realizing, maintaining and developing the basic interests of the peasants are the basic aim of China’s rural tourism development and the important guarantee for sustainable development. The research on the satisfaction degree for peasant right protection in the process of rural tourism development is an important basis for solving peasant right infringement problems in the process. From the perspective of peasant right protection, this paper sets up comprehensive evaluation index system for the peasant satisfaction degree in rural tourism development, examines the peasant right protection situation in rural tourism development by using 595 questionnaires data from Chongqing’s eight counties and by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and makes clustering analysis and correlation analysis of the influential factors for the peasant right protection satisfaction degree. The research results show that the peasants show dissatisfaction for their right protection in rural tourism development, there is asymmetric phenomenon of interests distribution in rural tourism development, and there is significant difference in right protection for the peasants with different backgrounds. |
