| 党内的监督是一个系统工程，党在长期的监督实践特别是十八大以来党内监督的实践探索中得出一些经验：党内监督必须积极发展党内民主、要大力完善党内监督之核心、努力加强对权力的监督和制约、实行党内外监督相结合。当前党内监督实践中存在着监督制度操作性不强、党内监督的合力没有形成等问题。要从进一步强化监督主体的能动作用、改革与完善党内监督领导体制、加强党内监督制度建设、进一步理顺纪检机关的领导体制，进一步强化纪检机关的监督职能等方面进行改进，以形成良好的政治生态，着力提升党内监督的科学化水平。 |

| The inner party supervision is a systematic project, the party in the long term practice of supervision, especially, since the Eighteenth Meeting of CPC, inner party supervision practice exploration finds some experience. The supervision within the party must actively develop inner party democracy, vigorously improve the core of inner party supervision, make efforts to strengthen the supervision and restriction of power, and carry out the combination of inside and outside the party supervision. At present, there are some problems in the practice of inner party supervision, such as the phenomenon of the movement in some places, the operation of some supervision systems is not strong, and the resultant force of the inner party supervision is not formed. We should further strengthen supervision main body dynamic role, reform and perfect the inner party supervision system, enhance the construction of the inner party supervision system, further rationalize discipline inspection departments of the leadership system, further strengthen the supervision duty of discipline inspection departments, make efforts to strengthen and improve the supervision of the party to form a good political ecology, and enhance the scientific aspect of the construction of the party’s supervision. |
