| 高校哲学社会科学的中心任务是育人育才。本文以育人育才为的中心研究视角，探讨了“学生、学术、学科、学风”一体、协同推进的高校哲学社会科学育人育才新格局的形成（简称“一中四学”），阐释了形成新格局的理念、原则、内涵及特点，指出了形成新格局需要解决的几个问题，并以新格局促进哲学社会科学提升育人育才质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| The central task of philosophy and social science of higher learning institutes is to cultivate talents. Based on the perspective of the central task of talent cultivation, this paper discusses the formation of the new pattern for talent cultivation in philosophy and social science in higher learning institutes by the synergistically boosting of students, academy, discipline and learning style (abbreviated as one center and four learning), expounds the ideas, principle, connotation and characteristics of the new pattern formation, points out several problems needed to be solved in the new pattern formation and advances that the new pattern should be used to promote talent cultivation quality in philosophy and social science. |
