| 发展是不同于增长的概念，发展既是经济社会的协调发展，也是人的发展。从我国的扶贫开发和脱贫攻坚的目标来看，发展首先是贫困群体经济状况的改善，同时也是其能力发展的过程。共享发展是对扶贫开发中价值物的共同享有，不但包括共享扶贫开发的物质成果，也包括共享发展过程中有价值的东西。对发展成果及过程的享有和对这种享有的认知会增强人们的获得感。社会工作参与扶贫开发、脱贫攻坚，会更好地促进贫困地区、贫困群体的发展，也会增强人们的获得感。社会工作在促进共建共享发展过程中具有重要的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| The concept of development is different from that of growth. It refers not only to the balance between economic and social development but also to the human development. Development involves in both the improvement of the poor’s economic circumstance and the process of their capacity development. Sharing fruits of development should be viewed as sharing the value object in the process of development, including both material benefits and the value of development. Sharing development fruits as well as the perception of sharing can strengthen people’s feeling of achievement. The participation of social work profession in the poverty alleviation strategies can promote the development of the regions and populations in poverty and also strengthen the poor’s feeling of achievement. Social work plays a very important role in the process of promoting co construction and sharing of development. |
