| Abstract: |
| The proposal of Chinese dream determines the direction of volunteer service development with Chinese characteristics and also provides the basic functionality for it. The volunteer service with Chinese characteristics achieves its function in the perspective of economic construction, human capital value added and social structure construction through institutionalized construction and making social individual play a positive role and so on. The volunteer service with Chinese characteristics chooses socialist road as a fundamental way, further condenses the social foundation of the public, comprehensively promotes the national soft power, and is the social basis for condensing power of the great rejuvenation. At the same time, it takes social harmony as the goal, practices the concept of fairness and justice, pursues people’s high level satisfaction, realizes the peoples’ maximization of happiness, and is an important social element of people’s happiness. |
