| 利用广东省高校在校大学生的微观调查数据，采用Multinomial logit模型，实证分析大学生就医行为及其影响因素。结果表明，年龄、性别、所处年级以及健康状况等因素对大学生就医行为具有显著影响，年龄越大、女性、低年级和健康状况相对差的大学生选择积极就医行为的可能性越大。而是否拥有医疗保险、户口类型以及生活费用对大学生就医行为的影响并不显著。因此，可以从加强高校或社区的医疗服务体系建设、强化健康宣传教育和完善大学生医保制度等方面满足他们的医疗服务需求，促进他们的理性就医。 |

| College Students’ Hospitalizing Behavior and Its Influencing Factors： Empirical Analysis Based on Micro data |

| Based on the questionnaire data from college students in Guangdong，this paper carried out empirical research with Multinomial logit model on the issue of college students’ hospitalizing behavior and its influencing factors. The results show that age, gender, grade and health condition of college students have significant impact on their hospitalizing behavior, that the college students with elder age, female, low grade and poor health condition are more possible to choose to be hospitalized, and that health insurance, household registration and living expenses have no statistically significant influence on college students’ hospitalizing behavior. Therefore, the government department should reinforce campus and community health service system to meet the hospitalizing demand of college students by consolidating the propaganda and education as well as the perfection of the medical insurance system of the college students to boost their rationally hospitalizing behavior. |
