| Based on the basic property and principle of real right, the “guaranty” using commercial house contract with nonexistence of the underlying asset to get loan contract is not habitual law to conduct guaranty of real right, is not legal guaranty of real right, does not have the effect of fluidity contract but is a real settlement contract with resolutive condition. |
