| 党的十八大报告提出到2020年全面建成小康社会。这一目标的提出是基于对改革开放三十多年发展历程的经验总结，也是对当前国内外环境的理性认识，更是要兑现我党发展战略的承诺。增强“三个自信”是全面建成小康社会的必要条件；如期全面建成小康社会则是坚持和增强“三个自信”的可靠保证。 |

| The report of the 18th CPC National Congress proposes that the comprehensive well off society will be built up by 2020. The objective setting is based on the experience conclusion of the Reform and Opening up process for more than 30 years as well as the rational recognition of the environment at home and abroad at present, and what’s more it is the fulfillment of development strategy promise made by CPC. 〖JP2〗To enhance the “three self confidences” is the requirement of the comprehensive well off society building, while building up the comprehensive well off society on schedule is the reliable guarantee to adhere to and promote the “three self confidences”. |
