| 私募股权投资基金在国内的迅猛发展以及大量中小企业需要其资金和管理支持成为近几年社会的热点问题。本文以2009—2012年在国内创业板上市的181家上市公司为样本，研讨了私募股权投资基金自身特征与其支持企业关系，结果发现私募股权投资基金声誉指数、注册资本与企业成长显著正相关；参与投资的私募股权投资基金家数、进驻企业时间、资产规模与企业成长显著负相关；而企业成长与私募股权投资基金经验、持股比例、净利润并没有显著相关性。 |

| Private Equity Characteristics and Backed Company Growth —Based on Private Equity Backed Company in Growth Enterprise Market |

| Abstract: |
| Private equity fund develops sharply in recent years, and many middle sized and small companies need its fund support as well as management skill. We selected 181 private equity backed companies in growth enterprises market as sample to research the relation between private equity fund characteristics and backed company growth. The result reveals that there are positive relation between private equity reputation index, registered capital and company growth. In contrast, there is obviously negative relation between the number of private equity, investing time and asset scale, and there is not significant relation between the company growth, the experience, shareholding ratio and net profit of private equity investment funds. |
