| 党的十八大以来，中国反腐倡廉建设格局发生显著变化，并呈现出新的发展态势。本文从六个方面探讨和论述了中国反腐倡廉建设新常态的特征，提出全面从严治党是引领反腐倡廉建设的鲜明主题；狠抓作风建设、保持高压态势、严明党的纪律，是推进反腐倡廉建设的战略举措；加强制度建设、改革体制机制，为深入推进反腐倡廉建设提供根本保障。 |

| Since the 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction pattern of anti corruption and clean government in China has undergone significant changes and shows a new development trend. This article from six aspects discusses and analyzes the characteristics of the new normalcy of corruption combating and clean government in China, proposes that overall strictly managing the Party members is a clear theme for the construction of corruption combating and clean government, provides the strategic measures for the construction of corruption combating and clean government such as improving working and living style construction, keeping high pressure on discipline of the Party, and enhancing institutional construction and reforming system and mechanism in order to present the basic guarantee for the construction of corruption combating and clean government. |
