| 建设学习型政党是建设服务型政党和创新型政党的前提和基础。中国共产党在建设学习型政党的过程中积累了宝贵经验。明确学习使命，把握建设学习型政党的正确方向；营造学习氛围，激发党内人人崇学和全员学习的内生动力；拓展学习阵地，夯实建设学习型政党的载体基础；健全学习机制，保障学习型政党建设的贯彻落实；重视学风建设，深化学习型政党建设的实效；对于中国共产党进一步把自身建设成为服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党和实现“三位一体”的党建目标具有重要意义。 |

| Discussion on the Experience of Learning oriented Political Party Construction by Communist Party of China |

| Learning oriented political party construction is the premise and foundation of service oriented and innovation oriented political party construction. Communist Party of China has cumulated some experience in the process of learning oriented political party construction. The experience is as follow: clearing learning mission and holding the right direction of learning oriented political party construction; creating learning atmosphere and motivating inner driving force of Party members to esteem learning; expanding study position and laying the groundwork for learning oriented political party construction; improving the learning mechanism and ensuring the implementation of learning oriented political party construction; attaching importance to learning climate construction and strengthening the effect of learning oriented political party construction. To sum up the experience is meaningful for CPC to construct itself into service oriented and innovation oriented Marxism political party and realize the construction goal of the “Trinity”. |
