| Exploring the service oriented political party construction is the evolution of Party’s leading style and governing style in the perspective of integrative function. The service oriented political party construction is the ultimate value goal return of giving a play of social integrative function, and integrative function provides the core resource element for the service oriented political party construction. The service oriented political party construction is multi matrix which needs value idea integration to manifest the soul of service oriented political party construction, human resource integration to strengthen social service function, organization optimization to get the inner balance between service and organization, e government techniques to realize the “dialogue between the government and people with fingers”. All in all, multi elements are combined to take action. |
