| 中国特色社会主义市场经济的形成、发展内置于世界近现代历史发展大时代背景下，商品经济形态阶段则是这一时代的本质定位。是以对中国经济社会发展所处的商品经济时代的初步认知、实践的经历，造成了政府在经济职能发挥上的部分越位、错位、失位，而随着倒逼改革的深入展开、经济发展道路自信、理论自信、民族自信，健全市场经济秩序、完善经济宏观调控、切实服务人民群众的需要，则助推了市场经济与社会主义、与社会主义中国的有机结合，从而使得中国梦的实现成为可能。 |

| The Socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics has been emerged and developed under the background of the development of modern world history era, which belongs to the era of commodity economy. Due to its preliminary cognition and practice of the great age of commodity economy, caused government economic functions to play offside、dislocation and loss of its position. As forced reforms、confidence in developing the economic and owning advanced scientific theories、supporting of national civilization, improving the market economic order、making the economic macro control well considered as far as possible and ensuring to service needs of the masses, which boosts the organic unity of market economy、socialist China and thus realize the Chinese dream will be possible. |
