| 毛泽东在领导中国革命和建设的过程中，形成了内涵丰富的执政伦理思想。以“全心全意为人民服务”为核心的执政价值理念，以民主集中制、人民代表大会制以及多党合作制为主要内容的执政制度伦理，以才德兼备为总要求的执政主体德性，以整顿党的作风建设、树立先进道德典型、加强党员道德修养等为具体途径的执政伦理建设。这些精辟的思想在新时期无疑可以引发许多有益的思考。 |

| In the leading process of Chinese revolution and construction, Mao Zedong formed ruling ethic thoughts with rich connotation, such as the core ruling value idea with “serving the people heart and soul”, democratic centralism, people’s national congress system, multi party cooperation system, the main ruling morality such as taking morality and professional competence as the total requirement for ruling benchmark, and the ruling ethic construction with concrete path such as rectifying the working style of the Party members, setting up advanced moral models, consolidating the moral self cultivation of the Party members and so on, as a result, these excellent thoughts can inevitably trigger various beneficial thinking at new era. |
