| With the rapid development of internet technology, the internet has currently become the most important communication media and is more and more affecting and changing the living and working way of the people. While the internet rapidly transmits mass information and brings great convenience to the people, it also produces a series of new problems such as online rumor spreading, online scam and so on. This paper discusses the importance and necessity for legal management construction of the internet and legal basis for the legal management construction of the internet and its progress, and meanwhile expounds non legal measures for boosting healthy development of the internet. |
