| 近年来我国半流动家庭的离婚率呈现上升趋势，农村留守妇女群体的婚姻家庭权益保护方面出现了一些新情况，有待于通过完善立法和强化司法保护来加以解决。我们应当根据半流动家庭离婚案件和留守妇女权益保护的特殊性，认真贯彻保护妇女权益的立法精神，进一步完善我国《婚姻法》中有关妇女财产权益保障的相关内容，修订离婚诉讼程序的相关规定，加强对留守妇女离婚案件的调解工作，以加大对离婚留守妇女权益的法律保障。 |

| In recent years, the divorce rate of half flow families in China has presented an increasing trend, there are some new situations in the perspective of the protection of the rights and interests of marriage and family of the left behind women in rural areas, which can be solved by perfecting legislations and regulations and by consolidating judicial protection. According to the divorce cases of half flow families and the particularity of left behind women’s rights protection, we should earnestly implement the the topics of legislation and further perfect relevant contents of the protection of women’s property rights in Chinese Marriage Law to modify the related provisions of divorce procedures and to strengthen the conciliating work in women divorce cases so as to enhance the protection for the rights and interests of the left behind women in divorce cases. |
