| 互助养老理念就是通过服务互助模式增进养老照顾服务供给，解决老龄化时代老人养老服务人员供给短缺等问题，它可以广泛应用于家庭养老与机构养老。在当前中国“未富先老”的老年化背景下，互助养老具有很大的发展空间。本文结合中外互助养老的实践经验，探讨互助养老理念的理论基础、实践模式及其进一步发展的对策。 |

| Interactive old people care idea is to improve the supply to old people care service by interactively helping service to solve the problems in the shortage of serving personnel for old people care at aging era and so on and can be widely used in family old people care and agent old people care. Under the aging background of current Chinese “aging ahead of richness”, the interactive old people care model has big development space. This paper discusses the countermeasures for the theoretical basis, practical model and further development for the interactive old people care idea based on the practical experience for interactive old people care at home and abroad. |
