| 近年来，农业巨灾已对农业生产和人类生命、财产造成无法估量的损失，建立和完善农业巨灾保险机制已经迫在眉睫。为此，本文以农业巨灾保险机制设计的路径推进为线索，利用保险经济学等理论工具，从农业巨灾风险的可保险性出发，在比较了几种传统的农业巨灾风险分散机制后，以农业再保险制度安排为重点，对国内外相关文献进行了归纳和梳理，阐述了农业巨灾保险机制设计的研究进展情况以及急需解决的关键问题，以期为国内的进一步研究和实践应用提供有益参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, agricultural catastrophe has caused incalculable loss to agricultural production, human life and property, therefore, the establishment and perfection of agricultural catastrophe insurance mechanism is urgent. Taking the path advancement for agricultural catastrophe insurance mechanism design as a clue, this paper starts the comparison of the disperse mechanism for several traditional agricultural catastrophe risks from the insurability of agricultural catastrophe risks, on the basis of agricultural reinsurance system arrangement, generalizes and summarizes the related literatures at home and abroad, and expounds the research progress in agricultural catastrophe insurance mechanism design and the key problems urgently needed to be solved in order to provide beneficial reference for further research and practice in China. |
