| 本文回顾了35年来8次三中全会关于我国经济体制改革的路径走向；指出了每届三中全会都以改革开放为主旋律，推出一个个事关全局宏观战略的重大决策，改革开放成为中华大地发展进步的力量源泉，使我国发生了翻天覆地的变化；论述了每届三中全会通过的《决定》展现出的新观念、新理论、新举措，推进市场制度建设新进展；展望了十八届三中全会后我国改革发展在新的历史起点上将迈入新阶段展现的新前景。 |

| This paper reviews the path orientation of economic system reform in 8 times plenary sessions of CPC in recent 35 years, points out that the every third plenary session takes reform as its theme, advances the important decisions related global macro strategiy one after another so as to make reform and opening up become power source of development and progress in Chinese land and to make great changes take place in China, elaborates new ideas, new theories and new measures emerged in the Decision adopted at the every third plenary session to push forward the new progress in market oriented institutional construction, and expects the new perspective that China’s reform development at new historic starting point after the Third Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of CPC will march toward a new stage. |
