| The theoretical foundation of the service oriented government construction in contemporary China can only be and should be overall free human development theory, the socialist democracy theory and the theory of serving the people. Overall free human development theory is the most fundamental one at philosophical level, and it provides the ultimate goal of a service oriented government. Socialist democracy theory has the general normative sense at politics level, it determines system and mechanism of a service oriented government. Theory of serving the people is most direct and most concrete at management science level, it specifies the government behavior and working style. |
