| 《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》(ECFA)的签署与生效标志着两岸经贸发展迈入正常化、制度化和机制化阶段。本文研究了ECFA框架下的近期经济效应，并探讨了后ECFA时期两岸经贸合作趋势，即推动两岸制造业全面合作；提高农产品国际竞争力；大力发展以商业存在为主的服务贸易形态；深化两岸战略新兴产业合作；积极推动两岸“双向投资”。为加快ECFA的后续协商以及两岸经贸发展提供了政策建议。 |

| The signature and enforcement of Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement mean that cross strait economic development enters into the stage of normalization, institutionalization and mechanism. This paper studies the recent economic effect under ECFA framework and explores cross strait cooperation trend at post ECFA era to strengthen overall manufacturing industry cooperation, to improve international competitiveness of agricultural products, to largely develop service trade mainly based on Commercial Presence, to deepen strategic emerging industrial cooperation across Taiwan Strait and to actively promote “mutual investment”, in order to speed up ECFA later consultation and economic and trade development across the Strait, finally this paper provides some policy suggestions. |
