| This paper examines the effecting factors of college students` volunteerism from the perspective of social culture, higher education and personal cognition, then points out that the paths such as creating volunteer culture atmosphere, reforming talents cultivation mode, guiding self education of the volunteers can be used to strengthen volunteerism cultivation, to set up overall and holistic volunteerism idea and to properly deal with the coordination between different characters. |
