| 中国司法改革重视法官职业化遴选制度建设，在职业准入、任职资格、选拔任用以及培训方面业已体现了按照职业化要求进行规划的思路。尊重现代法律职业的基本规律、彰显现代司法的基本特性、展现法官遴选制度的发展趋势应该成为中国法官职业化遴选制度的重要原则。据此，中国法官的职业化遴选需要在具体制度的编排上进一步实现合理化、科学化。 |

| The judicial reform in China attaches great importance to the construction of the professionalized selection of judges, and many aspects have embodied the planning ideas according to the requirements of the professionalization, such as the professional entrance, the qualification, the selection and appointment, and the cultivation of judges. Respecting the basic rules of the modern legal profession, displaying the basic characteristics of the modern justice and keeping up with the developing trend of the judges’ selection system should become the important principles of the reform and development of the professional selection of the judges in China. Accordingly, the professionalized selection of the judges of China needs further rationalization and scientificalness in concrete system arrangement. |
