| Based on spot survey on Zhongning of Ningxia Province, this paper makes theoretical exploration and practical analysis of the forming and evolution mechanism of local wolfberry entrepreneurship chain. The process of forming science and technology entrepreneurship chain is the process of interaction and interplay between governments and scientific and technological researchers, under the acting mechanism of government led, the two factors mutually determine the development direction of Zhongning Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Chain. |
