| 近年来有人以“行政垄断”为借口来贬损国有企业，这些观点客观上有损于国有经济发展。当前我们要毫不动摇地坚持以公有经济为主体、多种经济共同发展的基本经济制度。在面临公有经济主体地位已明显动摇或丧失的情况下，更需要注重发展壮大公有经济，特别是其中最重要的大型或垄断性的国有企业，以便重新恢复和坚持公有经济的主体地位和中国特色社会主义的基本经济制度。 |

| In recent years, there are some Chinese to disparage state owned enterprises by using the pretext of “administrative monopoly”, and these viewpoints are harmful to the development of state owned enterprises. Currently, we should firmly stick to the basic economic system with the subject of public owned economy and co development of diversified economic systems. Under the condition of obvious deterioration or loss of subjective position of public owned economic system, the public owned economy is more needed to be enlarged, especially those large or monopoly state owned enterprises, so that China can reenergize the subject by taking public owned economic system as main body and the basic economic system with Chinese characteristics. |
