| Starting with the definition of negative report, this paper believes that the report with different viewpoints is also negative report and that Chinese traditional culture has far reaching influence on negative report, which makes it difficult to produce and spread the contents of negative reports. This paper also claims that the struggling for the rights of negative reports is constantly conducted by the media. |
