| The firmness and correctness of ideal and conviction of Party member cadres are political soul of Party member cadres, and the consolidation of the education of ideal and conviction is an important content of the Party construction. Currently, a part of Party member cadres have problems in their ideal and conviction, whose hidden reason is complex and deep, as a result, the scientific level of the education of ideal and conviction of the Party member cadres should be raised by constructing better ideological and theoretical education with the Party character and better morality and by improving education methods. |
