| 以微博为代表的社会媒体时代的到来，对原有的官方主导的威权舆论场带来革命性的颠覆，官方舆论场如何发挥主导作用，不断消弭与市场化的都市媒体舆论场以及微博等民间舆论场的缝隙，不断发挥意见领袖作为第三方力量的舆论对冲作用，不断增加官方舆论场与民间舆论场的最大公约数，努力实现从“威权舆论”到“权威舆论”的转弯，形成健康向上的和谐舆论生态，意义十分重大。 |

| The emergence of social media represented by blog revolutionarily overthrows power opinions guided by governments, as a result, how governmental opinions play leading role, continuously fill in the gap between market oriented urban media opinion places and the opinion places such as blog and so on, constantly play resilient role in the opinions of the third party force of leaders’ views and continuously increase maximum common divisor of governmental opinion place and civil opinion place, and studiously realize the change from “power opinion” to “authoritative opinion” in order to create healthy and harmonious opinion ecology is of great significance. |
