| 管理教育是提升中国企业经营管理人才素质，实现人才强国战略的重要途径。管理教育研究是针对管理教育实践所进行的探索，应当反映并指导管理教育实践的发展。本研究通过对中国管理教育研究在主题、方法和内容方面的梳理与分析发现，中国的管理教育研究对实践的指导有限，不能满足实践发展需要。要发挥对教育实践的指导和促进作用，还需要在跨学科研究、国际比较研究、成果交流平台和综合数据库建立等方面进行进一步努力与完善。 |

| Status Quo and Problems in the Research on Management Education in China |

| Abstract: |
| Management education is an important way for promoting the quality of China’s enterprise managerial talents and realizing the country empowering strategy of China by the talents. The research on management education is the exploration on the management education practice and should reflect and guide the development of the practice. Through summarization and analysis of the research on management education in the perspective of theme, methodology and contents, this paper reveals that the guidance of China’s management education to the practice is limited and can not meet the demand of practice development. In order to guide and boost education practice, further study and perfection is needed in the field of interdisciplinary research, international comparative research, research result communication platform setup, comprehensive database construction and so on. |
