| 灾后社会工作力量和社会工作组织以一种外来植入性方式介入灾区重建中，并对灾后重建发挥积极作用。本文以中国社会工作协会在四川灾后建立的首批五家社会工作组织试点为例，首先阐述了灾后社会工作组织的植入性内涵及特征，进一步论证了植入性社会工作组织在灾后重建乃至整个社会建设事业中发挥的成效及其面临的困境，最后对未来我国植入性社会工作组织的发展策略进行了探索和论证。 |

| This paper believes that post disaster social work force and social work organizations participate in reconstruction of disaster area through a foreign implantation method and play an active role in the reconstruction after disaster of Wenchuan 5.12 Earthquake. Taking an example of five social work organizations experiment established after Sichuan earthquake by China Social Work Association, this paper elaborates connotation and characteristics of the implantation of post disaster social work organizations, further discusses the role of implanting social work organizations in the reconstruction of disaster area and in the whole social construction cause and their difficulties and, finally, explores and expounds the development strategy of implanting social work organizations in China in the future. |
