| 在Web2.0时代，国家公共意识日益强化，现代社会公共空间逐步形成，一些哪怕不是重大事件的事件也会在社会公共空间中发酵，酿成公共事件。高校作为一个特殊的社会组织，不可避免地受到来自社会的和自身内部的各类矛盾的影响，这些影响将为学校带来显性或隐性的危害，并引发不同程度的危机事件。这类事件的本身大多具有“公共危机”的内涵特征，如何应对则又经常困扰着行政管理部门的工作，无论是在理论研究还是在实践运用上都应对此给予足够的关注。 |

| At the era of Web2.0, national public consciousness is more and more consolidated, modern society public space is gradually formed, some events which are not big events are fermented in social public space and brew into public events. A college or a university, as a special social organization, is inevitably affected by all kinds of contradictions from society and itself, this influence brings explicit or implicit harm to the college or the university and triggers crisis events to some degree. The majority of this kind of events themselves has the connotation features of “public crisis”, how to deal with the events usually perplexes the administrative departments, thus, the events should be emphasized whether in theoretical research or in practice. |
