| 我国已初步建立了人民代表大会机制、基层群众自治机制、信访机制、司法诉讼机制、公众舆论监督机制、社团机制等公民权利表达机制，为公民表达权利诉求提供了多元化的表达渠道。然而这些表达渠道并不畅通，在不少地方还存在着不同程度的问题，迫切需要采取合理有效的应对措施对其加以完善。 |

| Abstract: |
| China has initially established the civic right expression mechanism such as National People's Congress mechanism, the grassroots autonomous mechanism, the petition letter and petition inquiry mechanism, the judicial lawsuit mechanism, public opinion expression supervising mechanisms, community mediation mechanism and so on, which provide diversified channel for civic right expression and lawsuit. However, these expression channels are not smooth, have varying problems in many places to different degrees and urgently need to be perfected by taking reasonable and effective measures. |
