| 近年来我国在逐步推进农民市民化，由于进城农民绝对数量庞大，而城市资源有限，如何以较低的成本实现大多数进城农民的市民化，是现阶段需要我们探索和解决的问题。在对世界城市化历史进程中农民市民化路径分析的基础上，结合我国现阶段实际，提出了建立政府与市场协同作用下以就业为核心的农民权益增值转换联动机制，并设计了两种有利于农民市民化后净收益大于零的路径。 |

| In resent years, China gradually promotes peasants’ citizenization. Because of the huge number of peasants entering into cities and the insufficient urban resources, how to realize the citizenization of most peasants entering into the cities at relatively low cost is the problem for us to solve at present stage. Based on the path analysis of peasants’ citizenization in the process of global urbanization, by associating current reality of China, the interactive mechanism of peasants’ right value added transformation by taking employment as core under the synergy between governments and market is put forward and two paths for bigger than zero net earnings after peasants’ citizenization are designed. |
